This study was a retrospective study of the medical records of patients who have taken the drug for the treatment of premature ejaculation in males aged 18 years or older with a premature ejaculation (PE) disorder. This study included a total of 1059 men who had PEs within the previous 6 months who were taking dapoxetine (Dapoxetine, 100 mg, USP) and dapoxetine + dapoxetine HCl (Dapoxetine + HCl, 100 mg, USP), and dapoxetine or dapoxetine + dapoxetine HCl (Dapoxetine + HCl, 100 mg, USP) for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men aged 18 years or older. All men with premature ejaculation had a clinical diagnosis of PE within the previous 6 months. Dapoxetine or dapoxetine HCl was used to treat premature ejaculation in men aged 18 years or older. Patients who received dapoxetine or dapoxetine HCl, or dapoxetine or dapoxetine HCl, and dapoxetine or dapoxetine HCl were referred to the Department of Urology, The University of Hong Kong Medical Centre (HUMC) and the Department of Urology, The University of Hong Kong Medical Centre (HUMC), for their clinical history, physical examination, laboratory test, and semen analysis. The following adverse events were excluded from the study: men who were taking any other medications for premature ejaculation or men who took any other drugs for PE.
